Every effort has been made to ensure that all data subjects’ data is stored and processed in a responsible and secure manner.
In the event of a data breach, the Trustees have resolved:
To act quickly to contain the breach.
To advise the Information Commissioner's office of the breach.
To advise all data subjects who may be affected that their data has been breached and to apologise.
To review procedures to ensure that such a breach does not occur again
To include a report of the breach in the annual report to the Charity Commissioners
